 PROCURA PRIVACY POLICY

Procura ("the app") is an Android app developed by Paul Scott. This policy

explains how the app handles your information.



INFORMATION WE COLLECT


None. Procura has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

It does not send your personal information to us or to anyone else.



INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE


Your notes, favourites, followed organizations, watches, notification history

and preferences are stored only on your device. If Android backup is turned

on, Android may include them in your own Google account backup, which we

cannot access. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes them.



PROCUREMENT DATA


The app downloads public procurement data from CanadaBuys

(canadabuys.canada.ca), a Government of Canada open-data service. These are

ordinary web requests; as with any website, CanadaBuys can see your device's

IP address. The data is used under the Open Government Licence - Canada.

Procura is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the

Government of Canada.


Links to notices and documents open in your browser, where the linked

website's own privacy policy applies.



SUBSCRIPTIONS


Procura Pro is purchased through Google Play. Google processes your payment

under Google's privacy policy. The app receives only confirmation of whether

your subscription is active; we never see your payment details.



NOTIFICATIONS


Notifications are generated on your device for the watches, favourites and

followed organizations you choose. You can turn them off at any time in the

app or in Android settings.



CALENDAR


"Add to Calendar" opens your calendar app with the event details filled in.

Procura does not request calendar permission and cannot read your calendar.



SHARING AND EXPORTS


Exported images and PDFs are created on your device and are shared only when

you choose a destination.



CHILDREN


Procura is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do

not knowingly collect information from children.



CHANGES TO THIS POLICY


We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the

"Last updated" date above.
